What next?

STOTRAM!
Another day, another revelation. One thing we can say with absolute certainty is, the journey with our Heavenly Father definitely is not dull. Every day this week seemed to bring forth another truth. It’s one thing when you hear truth, it’s a completely different scenario when that truth becomes real to YOU.

Baby is doing flick flacks now, dad’s child. We went for a check up this week heart beat is as strong as a lion. We have a scan scheduled for March so we will have more info then. We are praying that we have favour in finding out if baby is a boy or girl. Excitement is building now.
The heat is beginning to rise. The power failed again the other day while we were in the lecture hall and trust me when I say the sweat flows. With it being such a conservative culture it doesn’t help one bit having to wear collared shirts belt and trousers, never mind Sanch with the tummy.
Marina beach, biggest beach in Asia. Thousands of people were washed away here the day the tsunami hit

India truly is a beautiful place, filled with beautiful people. It’s pretty mind blowing. We had some very welcomed time off this weekend, so we took a trip to a shopping centre in the city. We had an awesome time, although I think Sanchia almost had a nervous breakdown as the driver of our auto (little three wheeled taxi) swerved like a madman in and out of the oncoming traffic. I am hopeful it may have taught her to be a little less critical of my driving.
Every part of the city seems to have a different atmosphere. I suppose it shouldn’t be that surprising as there are 507 different people groups in Tamil Nadu (that is the province/state we are in) alone. Along the way home that night there were multitudes of people lining up outside various temples, with their offerings for their idols. It was truly heart breaking. So many people without the Love of our Almighty, Merciful Saviour. So many have never heard His name.  Current stats according to Joshua Project state there are still 6954 unreached people groups (people groups with approximately 2% or less true Christian witness) in the world, 2216 of which are in India totalling 2.84 billion people.
As the body of Christ we still have work to do. But what a great job we have. Happy are the feet of those who carry the gospel of peace.
Peace love and blessings in the name of our Lord Jesus, Jared
